Step 1: Register as a JVA Club 

$105 for JVA Club Director Membership (full calendar year)

Step 2: Add additional JVA Memberships (optional)  

$55 for JVA Assoc. Club Director/$40 for JVA Club Coach 
*All JVA Memberships are joint AVCA Memberships

Step 3: Purchase Insurance for Your Club  (must login to your allplayers.com account)

Sample Cost of JVA Insurance for a 10 Team Club
$120/team x 10 teams = $1,200*
$12/adult x 10 coaches + 2 club directors = $144.00 ($12x12)
$12/background screening x 12 adults = $144.00 - good for 2 Years**

Total cost of insurance for your club is $1,488.00. 

*If your club is using JVA Insurance for your club season and you want to include your tryouts in your insurance coverage, simply include an additional team to cover the athletes who participated in your tryouts but were not selected for a team. Go to AllPlayers.com to request and purchase your insurance

**USAV Background Checks are accepted.  Club Coaches can email a copy of their junior coach USAV member card or an email from their commissioner to Jenny Hahn at jennyhahn@wi.rr.com .  Or if they have access, coaches can send Jenny a link to a web page where the coaches screening info is listed. 

Step 4: Finalize the Season Schedule   

Cost varies per tournament. Contact the Tournament Director for entry fee.
If your team plays in JVA Insured Tournaments you will receive a discount or a rebate on your entry fee that is equal to the amount of the event insurance. This is coordinated with the Tournament Director. (See the JVA tournament schedule)  

If your team plays in events that are non-JVA insured, you will need to follow the requirements of that event for sanctioning or insurance requirements.

Step 5: Hosting a Tournament: Purchase Event Insurance 

Request a quote for the # of teams you anticipate.
If you are not sure of the number of teams you will be having, be conservative in your estimate of the number of teams that will attend your event.  You will complete an audit after the event and will pay for any additional teams at this time. 
 *Go to AllPlayers.com to request and purchase your insurance (you must login to your account).  JVA Insured events allow teams of any national affiliation to participate (USAV, AAU, etc.).
