Due to the overwhelming success of our housing program at last year’s JVA World Challenge, we will again be working with Conference Direct for your teams and families’ housing needs in Houston.

The JVA Club Housing Information has a list of hotels by distance, information on cancellation policies, and incentives for booking with Conference Direct. If you have any questions at all, please email jva@conferencedirect.com. If you do not hear back within 24 hours, call Lynn Golabowski at 262-251-5001. Conference Direct will also have staff on hand in Houston during team check in to help with any problems you may encounter.
The JVA does not have a “Stay to Play” policy. Your support of our housing supports the programs of JVA and its member clubs. If you find a lower rate at a hotel, let us know. If your club will be sending 8 teams or more, please contact Jenny Hahn to set up your team and parent housing blocks.
THE PERKS FOR USING OUR HOUSING:
CLUB/TEAM INCENTIVES
Every club that registers eight or more teams and utilizes the JVA Housing Service will get one (1) complimentary room for the Club Director for 3 nights (Both players, parents and coaches must participate.)
Every club with less than eight teams that utilizes the JVA housing service will be entered into a drawing for three (3) private meeting rooms in the convention center to be used during the tournament.
PARENT INCENTIVES
Parents will receive a VIP Player Pass good for discounts at local restaurants and will be entered into a drawing for three (3) $25 certificates for the JVA World Challenge Pro Shop.
